Noboribetsu Onsen is getting livelier and livelier as customers arrive to enjoy Spring here in Hokkaido. It is a perfect time to enjoy a Takimoto Inn Lunch!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grilled Lamb and Roasted Eggplant<\/strong><br \/>\nOur first item is grilled lamb with roasted eggplant and vegetables simmered in a tomato and onion sauce and topped with a sprig of rosemary and rich Bursan cheese. Soaked in our special soup for two days, and then simmered slowly for five hours, the chicken is tender and flavorful.
