Here are some backstage pictures from our studio photoshoot of the Ozen.<\/p>\n<p>Ozen is a Japanese course meal using abundant seasonal flavors and the best ingredients. The meal you see in these pictures are on offer in our gourmet restaurant &#8220;Yunosato&#8221;. He set up the Japanese style room like a photography studio, with all sorts of photography equipments, including a few cameras and lighting facilities.<\/p>\n<p>We have been frequently amazed at what a skilled photographer could achieve with these photos. They are not just the foodie pictures you see on Instagram, but refined polished shots with photographer&#8217;s personal touch.
