Combine them with the bounty of seasonal Hokkaido seafood, sweet young fish, delicious prawns, squid, as well as abalone and crab, and you have the makings of a feast.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You can enjoy Spring kaiseki dinners in the sophisticated surrounding of our Yunosato restaurant, or choose from the select kaiseki menus for in-room dining.
