For 2020, the lucky direction is west-southwest.<\/p>\n<p>Eho-maki generally contain seven ingredients that represent the seven gods of happiness. Typical ingredients for an eho-maki are tuna, crab, egg, dried gourd, mushrooms, salmon roe, and seasoned, freeze-dried tofu.<\/p>\n<p>Our eho-maki are available for a limited time at Ideyu Soba, our in-house soba restaurant located on the lower level of our main building. They are about 10 cm in length, which is a nice size for eating all at once. They are 700 yen (770 yen, including tax) and are served with miso soup.<\/p>\n<p>Our eho-maki will be on sale from Saturday, February 1 through Monday, February 3.
